Refund and Return Policy


Refunds (if applicable)
We are unable to accept physical returns due to health regulations and the overall nature of our products. All refund requests are subject to validation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@purc-cosmetics.com.

Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. We no longer accommodate change requests after 24-hours from the order was made.Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases 24-hours after the orders are placed. 

Cancellation
If the order has already been processed and your item is on its way to you, we cannot do anything about it

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transport.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
 

IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@purc-cosmetics.com within 24-hours after your checkout. Failure to do so will lead us to process your order as is.
PURC Cosmetics is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
PURC Cosmetics will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.If the order arrives in your country and:The customer refuses to accept the package and/or
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package,
then PURC Cosmetics reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
