WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept payments thru PayPal. However, we can accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards through PayPal. No need to create an account if you do not have one.
HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Our partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, UK , Spain, China, etc.
Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 5 - 45 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :-)
NOTE:We do not offer international shipping. We only accepts buyer from United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and other parts of Europe.
How long will Order Processing take?Orders typically take up to 7 days to process before it will be shipped – excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and you will be notified with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How will it take for me to receive my item?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping Methods for International Orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.
Transit Time to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
Transit time to International: 10 - 45 Business days
An order takes 3 weeks on average to ship.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company we partnered with. There are instances that delays may occur depending on the local customs inspection process.
Will I receive a Tracking Number?
Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends a time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company will ensure that you get your order. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge.
I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them. Why?
We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
The prices shown on the receipts received MAY be lower from what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any TAXES & TARIFFS that may have been incurred.
I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email. What's going on?
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@purc-cosmetics.com.
May I make changes to my Order/Shipping Address?
We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us ASAP at support@purc-cosmetics.com and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot guarantee.
If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to us and we will swap it for the correct item.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. However, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed after 24 hours. Our orders are automatically processed and instructions are sent to our warehouse to send you the product as fast as possible.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account and/or Paypal account.

Here at PURC Cosmetics, we are consumers and buyers ourselves thus we understand the fears of online frauds and credit card scams. Paypal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using Paypal to complete your transactions here safely without any credit card risks.
If you have a Paypal account, do checkout with Paypal and login to complete your purchase accordingly.

- Enter your credit card details
You may also be required to fill in your Address, Phone Number, and E-mail Address, depending on your country of residence. When you are done, click on "Review and Continue".
- Click on "Pay Now"
- Click on "No, Thanks" when asked to create a new PayPal account. Your order will then be complete.
After payment, you will shortly receive your order confirmation email to confirm your purchase. Enjoy shopping at our store! :)

Why I am not being re-directed to the PayPal payment page?
There might be an error with your browser's PayPal cookies. To fix this, try deleting your cookies.
Why is PayPal not accepting my credit card?
Please double check the credit card details you have inputted in the PayPal payment page. If you have already ensured that all your details are correct, there is a possibility that you currently own a PayPal account and that it is already linked to your credit card. If that is the case, you can either log into your PayPal account and proceed with payment, or use another credit card to complete the purchase instead.
Why am I unable to find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option?
Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payment under certain circumstances. This could be due to your geographical location, or the ownership of a PayPal account. You could try to circumvent this problem by deleting your cookies.
